Shipping policy
Processing times for all orders (except preorders) are 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times will vary based on your location and postal service.
*Warm Weather Shipping Disclaimer*
Body butters, candles, and wax melts are made with delicate oils and waxes that may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures during transit. While we take precautions and provide insulated packaging to help protect your order, we cannot guarantee that products will not melt in warmer weather.
Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for items that melt during shipping. If your body butter arrives melted, simply place it in the refrigerator to allow it to firm back up. Please note that the whipped texture may change, but the nourishing benefits for your skin will remain the same.
- Once FROHE has shipped your order, we are no longer responsible or liable for missing, stolen, or damaged packages.
- All orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail, Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.
- Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.
