For sanitary reasons and the nature of our products, all sales are final. 

  • FROHE does not accept returns or exchanges unless you've received the incorrect product(s). 
  • In order to receive a refund or receive correct products, you must contact us by email within 1 business day of receiving your order. The email must include your full name, order number, and photos of the product.
